Shipping Damages or Loss: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing while in transit, it's essential that you file a claim directly with the shipping company. Grace Girls is not responsible for any loss or damages that occur during shipping.

Reporting Damaged Items: If you believe the item was damaged before shipping or due to a fault of ours, please report it within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement or in-store credit.
