No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the specific circumstances detailed below.

Damages Upon Arrival: If you receive an item that is damaged and it is due to our fault, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. You will have the option to either exchange for the exact item (if available) or receive an in-store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Return Time Frame: Customers have up to 2 weeks from the receipt of their item to return it, but only if it meets the criteria mentioned above.

Return Costs: If you're returning an item due to damages caused by our fault, Grace Girls will cover the return shipping costs. If the return does not meet these criteria, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
